A few practical details

What happens at the Free plan limit?

When subscriptions launch, Free includes 100 requirements across one active project. At the limit, you can still read, edit and export your existing work. Adding requirements or another active project needs Team. Existing work is preserved when downgrading.

Who counts as an editor?

The workspace owner and colleagues with the Editor role count as editors. Project Admins also need an editor seat. Viewers can read projects without using an editor seat; Free includes two viewers.

How are extra editors billed?

Team includes three editors for €24.95 per month. Each additional editor costs €7.95 per month, so five editors cost €40.85 per month, including VAT where it applies. Review the final total in Stripe Checkout before subscribing.

Can I cancel or export my data?

You can cancel renewal in the billing portal and keep Team until the subscription ends. Your data is retained on Free, and CSV exports remain available. Work above Free limits must be reduced before adding more items.

Is guest mode an online workspace?

Guest work and files stay in the browser where you created them. Sign-in creates an online workspace; guest data does not transfer automatically.
